How this is calculated
- Divide ages 0–89 into nine chapters. Use year and month pillars before age 30, the day pillar at 30–59 and the hour pillar from 60 onward.
- Weight decade cycles by the years they overlap: decade cycles 70%, natal pillar 30%.
- The dominant Ten God selects the job family, the score shapes its description, and symbolic stars add skills.
- Game stats amplify area-score differences and add job adjustments. They do not measure actual ability.

They cover ages 0–9 through 80–89. Each score weights overlapping decade cycles at 70% and the relevant natal pillar at 30%. Game stats apply a separate transformation and job adjustments.
The dominant Ten God selects a job family, then area strengths select a specialty. Jobs not used in earlier chapters take priority. Chapters below 45 use a setback character from that family. Jobs have unique skills and symbolic stars add supporting skills.
The nine chapters are grouped into early, middle and later life. Their averages identify patterns such as steady sailing, late blooming, an early sprint, a midlife peak, a later rebound or a wave-riding adventure.
Yes. K-Fortune uses no random numbers. The same birth details, gender and reference date produce the same scores and explanations on every device.
Choosing “Time unknown” excludes the hour pillar, its Ten Gods, hidden stems and life stage, and any relationships involving it. Element balance, strength, the useful element and fortune scores are recalculated from three pillars, so the overall reading may change. For unknown birth times, the calculation library uses a noon reference to determine the year, month and day pillars and decade cycles. This does not recover your actual birth time. Near solar-term or date boundaries, the chart and decade-cycle start may differ from a calculation using the actual time.
